What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to provide it through our website.

• Event inquiry: name, email address, phone number, event date, location, and the details you share about your event.
• Performer application: legal name, email, phone, skills and experience, photos, videos or demo-reel links, age confirmation, and work-authorization status.
• Technical data: browser and device information, IP address, and similar data automatically logged by our hosting and analytics services.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate performer applications, plan and staff events, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and deliver our services, and only when necessary.

Photos and videos

Images and videos submitted with performer applications are used to evaluate fit for current and future productions. We store them securely and limit access to the ESU team and authorized partners involved in casting. Any promotional use beyond evaluation requires separate permission.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no website or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, including ongoing casting, event planning, and legal or operational record-keeping. You may request that we delete or update your information by contacting us; we will honor the request unless we are required to retain the data.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. Operational messages related to active inquiries, applications, bookings, or engagements may still be sent as needed.
